The first day will be dedicated to presentations from experts in the field of peatland restoration, monitoring, financing and policy. These presentations will be accompanied by Q&A from the audience.

At the end of the first day, from 17:30 (CET) onwards, the LIFE Peat Restore team from all five countries – Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – along with other presenters will be hanging out in the peatland lounge to chat with you.

The second day will start with keynotes from Dianna Kopansky from Global Peatlands Initiative, Tom Kirschey from NABU and Jan Peters from the Michal Succow Foundation. In between the keynotes there will be two panels to discuss peatland restoration strategies, including barriers and enablers to scaling up peatland restoration, as well as the next steps forward.
